Reps close the loop on rep-driven sales two ways: send a Stripe Checkout payment link the customer pays (which works even for customers who have no GRAJ account), or mark an order collected directly. On payment the commission routes to the owning rep and a receipt email fires. Payment status is visible the whole way — unpaid, link sent, paid.
