FAQ

GOT
QUESTIONS.

01
What is GRAJ?
GRAJ is the world's open commerce protocol. It connects every operator in the global supply chain — brands, sellers, buyers, distributors, manufacturers, merchandisers, shippers, storers, marketers, suppliers, and funders — on one platform with one 5% fee.
02
How much does GRAJ cost?
GRAJ is free to join. The only cost is a 5% transaction fee on every order. No monthly subscriptions. No listing fees. No pay-to-play ranking.
03
Can the 5% fee change?
The 5% fee is locked in the protocol code. It requires a 67% governance vote to change. No board decision. No surprise increase.
04
What is a Commerce Passport?
Your Commerce Passport is your on-chain commercial identity. It includes your GRAJ Score, transaction history, certifications, and operator rank. It cannot be taken away or reset.
05
What is Pioneer status?
Pioneer status is given to the first 500 operators in each role. It is permanent, on-chain, and free to claim. It cannot be bought or transferred.
06
What is a GRAJ Score?
Your GRAJ Score is your commercial reputation on the protocol. It is built from your transaction history, reviews, profile completeness, and compliance record.
07
Can I have multiple roles?
Yes. You can operate in multiple roles on GRAJ. Many operators are both a brand and a seller, or both a buyer and a distributor.
08
How do I get paid?
Payments flow through the protocol. 5% is deducted automatically. The remainder is paid to your connected bank account.
09
What countries does GRAJ support?
GRAJ supports 208 countries at launch. Detroit to Dubai. Lagos to London. Same 5%.
